With 6000+ sq ft of interior space and 3000+ sq ft of terraces and decks with magnificent views, you can’t help but enjoy the comforts of your own private tropical estate! The villa is set down a short, but steep, driveway within a private gated entrance and guardhouse. Once inside the villa grounds, you are immediately surrounded by the jungle and beautiful Pacific Ocean. With a carport and additional parking for 4 plus cars, Anjali’s is a wonderfully large and well-decorated vacation home. The right hand wing of the villa houses 3 stories of bedrooms, each with their own unique ocean and rainforest views, terrace areas, full baths, and walk-in closets. In total this part of the villa provides three king bed suites, two bedrooms with twins (that can be converted to kings) and a swing-room with a double bed and optional day bed. In addition there is also an additional double bedroom located by the pool; altogether accommodating up to 15 guests. The left hand wing of the villa is the social wing: an expanse of living, dining, and kitchen areas with vaulted teak ceilings and designer furnishings. The gourmet chef’s kitchen, wine cooler, ice machine, breakfast bars, and entertainment center serve a variety of gatherings from intimate to grand. Nine foot tall folding floor to ceiling doors reveal magnificent vistas and draw you onto the wide terrace where high end outdoor lounging and dining furniture is conveniently ranged along the balconies. From the lower level, swim and play in the salt-sanitized infinity pool or just relax and enjoy the view from the built-in Jacuzzi. Relaxation and enjoyment is inevitable with the numerous shady and sunny lounging locations on tile, teak, or lawn as well as a complete outdoor barbecue kitchen, drink station, dining area, and outdoor shower. The entire villa is air conditioned by remote controlled units in all the rooms and ceiling fans for additional circulation. Security is provided 24/7.
