Full Description
Set in one and a half acres of flora and fauna, you are guaranteed daily visits from Monkeys, Birds, Iguanas, Butterflies, Sloths and other furry and not so furry critters! The villa is centrally located half way between the town of Puerto Quepos and the beaches of Manuel Antonio. It is also within walking distance of many of the area's finest dining and shopping locations. Casa Linda also has access to an enormous private pool and large pool area (shared with one other villa within the development). Spend your days at the beach, and then cool off at the pool before watching the sunset over drinks on your front porch. The villa is ideal for nature lovers and family vacations, with lots of space to explore in the jungle. Car rental is not necessary as you are less than 2 minutes from the bus stop where you can catch the bus to the beach (60 cents each way) or if you’d rather hop in a taxi, there is a taxi rank (of sorts!) just round the corner ($4-$8 any journey). The home has both a full kitchen and a galley in the Master. The kitchen has a microwave oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, full gas stove with oven, all utensils, pots, pans & plates etc. Casa Linda is also fully air-conditioned, which is unusual for a villa of this style. The dining area features a lovely rattan dining room set that seats six, in the living room there is a couch and two chairs, 32' Flat Screen TV with a DVD Player (movies, for kids too). There is also a stereo with Cd/Radio I Pod Port. The Master Suite has it's own external entrance as well being connected to main villa, and a private bathroom. Costa Rica's finest National Park* and the beaches are only five minutes away. Quepos offers some of the best sport fishing in the world. Exciting horseback riding, canopy tours, white water rafting, guided tours on bikes, ATVs, parasailing, diving, snorkeling, and some of the prettiest beaches in the world. * Manuel Antonio National Park has just been named by Forbes Magazine as one of the fifteen prettiest Parks in the World! |
