The home has a large living and dining area, an entertainment room and fully-equipped kitchen. The private pool has a full deck for soaking up the sun. This luxury villa is in a private gated community with 5 km of green space and hiking trails. Waterfalls and small creeks are scattered throughout the property and an observation tower provides a birds-eye view. The swimming pool and deck form the centerpiece of the home. Enjoy the jungle view and crescent-shaped beach below from the pool, living room and kitchen. Enjoy beautiful Pacific sunsets and watch the beautiful birds and wild animals that make their home here. From the main and second levels, you can keep watch for the three species of monkeys that are often seen here. The Mono Titi is the smallest, most playful one. Sightings of the white face or Capuchin monkey are also frequent. You will most likely hear the unique sounds of the howler monkey before you see one. The master suite on the second level features 15-ft vaulted ceilings. Wooden beams accent the room and add to the tropical ambience. This spacious bedroom has a private whirlpool tub and queen bed.
